Drop in morning support sessions are held in Television House on a Wednesday and Friday from 10.30am till 12.30pm term time only. Everybody is welcome, with or without a formal diagnosis of ADHD, ASD or Asperger Syndrome. The session offers a chance to meet other parents in a similar situation. There are family support workers available to discuss any support and help needed in a confidential environment. This could be a good place to start if you’re new to ADHD…

This will allow a space where individuals can discuss any issues in their lives, their worries and anxieties in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
